POWERinvert PRO is a professional and highly robust range of inverters, designed for use in isolated environments. Available in pure sine wave or modified sine wave versions, for 12V and 24V applications. OSRAM POWERinvert PRO series inverters convert 12V or 24V DC current from the vehicle's electrical system into 230V AC current, providing power for operating and controlling electrical equipment in commercial vehicles. Pure sine wave inverters generate a wave identical to that of the household electrical grid, without distortion, making them ideal for sensitive electronic devices. Modified inverters have a distorted frequency, suitable for simpler devices such as refrigerators, small household appliances, and power tools.

Pure sine wave inverter
A pure sine wave inverter provides 230V current that almost perfectly mimics the household electrical grid voltage. It is ideal for powering sensitive devices that do not function correctly with a modified sine wave (MSW) inverter.

• Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician.

• Do not expose the device to moisture or flammable materials.

• Do not remove the device cover – it contains dangerous voltages.

Attention!

This inverter is intended for indoor use and must be installed in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry environment.

• To prevent overheating, do not install the inverter in areas where ventilation openings may be blocked.

• Leave at least 10 cm free space around the casing for adequate ventilation.

• Do not install near fuel tanks or in battery compartments.

Installation and setup:

1. Ensure the inverter's ON/OFF button is in the OFF (O) position.

2. For additional protection, install protective covers where provided.

3. Connect the black (-) cable to the black (-) terminal on the inverter and to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.

4. Connect the red (+) cable to the red (+) terminal on the inverter and to the positive (+) terminal of the battery.

5. It is recommended to install a fuse (F1) near the positive battery terminal.

6. Ensure again that the ON/OFF button is in the OFF (O) position.

7. Connect the device to the AC outlet of the inverter, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum power.

8. Turn the inverter ON (I). The LED indicator will light up green, and AC current will be available. Models with an LCD screen will also light up and display data.

Note: The nominal power of household appliances is generally constant, but some may require up to 5 times more energy for startup. Take this into account to avoid overloading the inverter. A microwave oven, for example, consumes ~50% more than its declared power.

The inverter generates current from 12V DC to 230V AC, with a power of 1000W. It can power small household appliances, such as laptops, small coffee makers, refrigerators, and other devices that do not require much energy.

Low voltage warning: 10.5V
The inverter emits an audible signal when the battery voltage drops to 10.5V and automatically shuts off at 10.0V to prevent complete battery discharge.
