Even a seemingly clean car can hide deep, almost invisible dirt, or the car may appear dull and rough to the touch.

This is due to impurities such as smog, brake dust, iron particles, rust, insects, resin, and others that traditional washing cannot remove.

How do we know if there is invisible dirt on the car? After washing, take a thin plastic bag, put your hand inside, and carefully run it over the bodywork; you will immediately feel the roughness of the paint.

For this reason, MAFRA has created the Regénera Carrozzeria kit, ideal for refreshing the surface by removing smog, guano, insects, and iron residues from the bodywork. After mechanical decontamination with the Regénera Carrozzeria kit, the plastic bag will slide perfectly and almost silently over the bodywork.

The kit includes:
Fast Cleaner 500ml: quick cleaning agent for dry cleaning. Its silicone-free formula makes it an excellent lubricant and works by softening dirt, making it easier to remove with the Clay Bar.

Clay Bar Soft: a 100g piece of clay that gently removes industrial dirt, traffic film, insect and resin residues, as well as iron residues (e.g., marks from brake pads on rims) from the bodywork. Also suitable for dark paints, it cleans the bodywork, eliminating all types of dirt. After mechanical decontamination, the bodywork will be smooth and ready for finishing with protective wax.

How to use:

Work indoors or in the shade, on a cold surface, and wash the car thoroughly before and after using the Clay Bar Soft.

Step 1: Divide the piece of clay into two or more pieces, depending on the size, for convenience and to avoid discarding it if it falls to the ground. Clay Bar Soft traps any impurities that could scratch the bodywork during use. Shape it into a ball.

Step 2: Lubricate the surface. The ball should be shaped into a disc. Constantly lubricate the Clay Bar Soft with Fast Cleaner, applying it both to the bodywork and to the clay. Move it with vertical and horizontal motions.

Mechanical decontamination: work on small areas until the bodywork becomes rough and the clay slides easily. You will be surprised by the amount of dirt collected! Finally, spray Fast Cleaner on the treated area and wipe with a Heavy Work microfiber cloth to remove all residues and dry. Clay Bar Soft can be used on any smooth and non-porous surface, so it is also suitable for windows, bars, plastic parts, and even aluminum rims. It is also excellent for removing tar and brake pad marks.

Clay Bar maintenance: It is not single-use! After use, if it gets dirty, knead it with your hands to create a new and clean surface for use. It will only need to be replaced when no clean part can be found. For optimal preservation, store it in its original box, lubricating it beforehand. We recommend using separate pieces for the bodywork and for "difficult" parts, to avoid scratching the bodywork with harder particles.
